Overview
A basement, ground plus 26-storey high-rise under construction in Saddar, near Empress Market, combining premium apartments with retail at ground level.
Empress Icon is the largest project in our pipeline and marks our move from mid-rise apartment buildings into high-rise development. Ground-level retail addresses the Saddar street frontage, with residential floors above.
The project is currently in progress. Unit counts, apartment sizes and the completion programme will be confirmed as construction advances.
